  • Gorgeous library with a soft touched grand!

Another great piano library! I really appreciate it. I like the ambient patch that has a little nostalgic and delicate texture, such a beautiful piano library.

  • Piano bliss for the piano blind, a Pianobook Legend!

Pianobook can throw so many pianos at you that you can become piano blind. I've been here since the beginning and I've seen and heard, almost, it all. There was a special film made for this one, beautifully filmed in the house of the piano and its guardian, in a blissful, pre-covid, America somewhere. I dreamed of playing it and, when I was able to, I discovered that it plays like a dream. It's got everything but the GUI, which saves me from gushing. Don't hesitate to download this, life is not the same afterwards, in a good way.

  • Wistful

This is such an emotional and nostalgic sounding piano. I remember it standing out to me when first finding pianobook. Its not felted as far as i can tell but has such a warm and emotional character anyway which i find rare in non felts, especially coming from a yamaha, the dynamics are good and the sample editing is good. i see people talking about the pedal noise but i haven't noticed this issue personally. I prefer to drag out the notes in the midi so i have more control over where they stop and end. I guess its nice to use the pedal though for a more realistic performance. Christian has done a number of pianos since this one but this one has still always stuck out to me for some reason

  • Fantastic sound...

I really love the sound of this instrument with a very warm and soothing timbre, and it's detailed enough to play a prominent role in any mix. A great addition to anybody's collection!

  • Whistfull piano

A quiet, understated piano - at the opposite end of the scale from bombastic. Sampling is spot on as always with CH. Only slight issue as mentioned by others is the release samples which, depending on your playing style and pedal usage, can end up with a bit of a bump. Transition to forte sample could be a little smother, but again, this depends on your playing style.
