Hi, I'm Flavio — Musician, Producer, and Developer from Montreal.
I love the art of sampling, but I’ve always dreaded the tedious grunt work: slicing audio, mapping velocities, and writing code. I wanted to spend more time designing sounds and less time editing them.
That’s why I built Xtractpler, a cross-platform tool that automates the entire multi-velocity sampling process. It lets you capture acoustic instruments, hardware synths, or VSTs, and instantly exports ready-to-play Decent Sampler (.dsbundle) and SFZ files with pre-configured ADSR envelopes.
I joined Pianobook to share this tool, learn from other creators, and hopefully help this amazing community build more beautiful instruments in a fraction of the time. Let's make some noise!
