Hi! I am Alex Goroshko, composer and founder of Soul Samples company!
We know that every musical instrument is alive and unique with own voice and soul. Our goal is to capture that natural sound and expand functionality of the real instruments in virtual format.
Ocarina is our first sample library for KONTAKT!
Instrument has a magical soft, soothing and slightly hissing sound. It сould be easily used as solo or mixed with other instruments in numbers of different music genres.
PLEASE NOTICE: this is a free trial version, contains only Sustain and Staccato articulations (5 notes inside each one).
Ocarina library (full version) has 8 articulations, 4 round robbins, 3 dynamic layers, close and room mics, ADSR, 3 spatial effects, HP and LP filters, tuning section, dynamic and noise controls.
Although the functionality is quite large, all the controls are arranged by sections, it allows you to get quick access to each element, so you can quickly shape the sound you want, without the use of additional tools for sound processing.
Add this rare instrument to collection and bring soul to your music.
You can listen to demos and get full version now using the link below!

Agree - Is not the spirit of Pianobook
See the other comments with similar rating. I agree with all of them.
This is nothing more than a demo for a commercial product, and violates the community spirit of Pianobook. Can’t support a company that stoops to unethical practices like this.
not in the spirit of Pianobook
This is not the spirit of the project, sounds are good TBH, but personally I think this advertisement should be removed.
No Pianobook Instrument This Is
The samples are very good but this is clearly a demo and that comes across as a very unwelcome evolution of Pianobook. I do think products need more demos but their place is not here. I don’t think a separate section for product demos is really the answer either. Pianobook should not be convoluted, it’s brilliance is in it’s simplicity.
Not a Pianobook Instrument
The instrument is not that bad, however, its inclusion in the pianobook community is a real shame, in my opinion, “light” or “demo” versions shouldn’t be included, because this just means they deliberatedly gave us an incomplete instrument.
