THE STORY:
While working on my first full-length professional film Vares X, I had an idea to add vinyl scratching to one of the tracks. After a quick search, I realized there wasn’t really a virtual instrument designed specifically for scratching. I ended up recording a few samples myself and using them in a demo.
The track never made it into the final film, but the idea stuck with me. When I began creating my own DecentSampler instruments, it was clear that this would be one of the very first I wanted to bring to life.
