Toy Glockenspiel

Each Christmas time each family member takes one or two notes of this Toy Glockenspiel and we (attempt) to collectively play Christmas Carols. Grandma’s playing, induces variation to these classic pieces, as a tribute pressing G Key button will introduce randomisations in volume/velocity, pitch and timing.

Recorded with pair of Rode M5’s in XY position and noise reduction with Izotope RX. Synth sounds created using Vital with effects including chowDSP BYOD, Archetype Plini & Things Texture.
