The instrument requires the full version of Kontakt 5.8.1.

Reviews

  • This quickly became one of my favourite pianos

Pianos can be a very subjective topic. I can't explain it, there is something about this piano patch that I absolutely love. It's a simple plug-n-play piano, no extra options, no effects, nothing. The sustain pedal has its very own sound effects, too. Nothing too fancy, but it adds something to it.

In terms of sampling, there is VERY little noise that you will only notice if you hold many notes for a very long time, and only if you are listening on high-tier headphones, so I don't know why I am even mentioning this.

There is nothing else to say really, you just have to see it yourself. You may or may not love this as well. It's up to you to decide.

  • Nice smooth instrument

This upright has a very nice tone and sounds very much like a real piano. The samples were well recorded and the single layer helps avoid unnatural "explosions" at higher velocities.

  • Finally, a good piano!

Searched for piano samples for hours, tried 10 but had problems with each. Finally found the perfect one with no issues at all! I have no problem at all - it is just perfect!

and having it for free feels slightly like a steal.
