Samples from a Moog Subsequent 37 combined with acoustic drums to create a distinctive, powerful rhythm.

The story
The synthesizer samples originate from a Moog Subsequent 37. The acoustic drum sounds are one-shot samples extracted from a variety of recordings I have previously made in different settings: a large studio, a medium studio, a band jam session, a bedroom, a basement, and during live performances. I aimed to retain as much of the ambient space as possible in the samples, without being overly meticulous with the recordings. By combining these two types of raw samples and incorporating a few Moog-inspired adjustment parameters, I have created an enjoyable drum sample pack.
