Madeline’s Piano
A toy piano sampled with a Neumann U87 at several velocities per key.

The story
This toy piano belonged to my wife’s grandmother Madeline who was born in 1927. It is quite small and has only 10 keys, the black keys are just painted onto the white keys for the sake of appearance.
Originally it had legs, but they have long been lost. I sampled it using a Neumann U87 at several velocities per key. The patch also includes release samples. I hope you enjoy playing with it as much as she did.
Reviews
Toy theatre gem.
Very theatrical instrument, loads of character.
What's great about Pianobook is...
What's great about Pianobook is being able to find instruments that would pair well with other PB instruments.. I can think of so many this would work perfectly with. Echoing Boag1's comments. This has a slight celeste like sound. Giving the instrument versatility and character.
A cute little toy piano
If you are looking for a harsh toy piano, this is it! Though it has a very low range of just 3 octaves, this cute little guy has a lot to say. The sampling job is very good and it's quite dynamic as well! With that said, make sure to reduce the noise to at leat -6db because it can get pretty damn loud. Nice one!
