The story
Takoda Lite is a free introduction to the Takoda Native American Flute library.
The instrument was sampled from a real High Spirits Native American Flute in G minor pentatonic. Every sample was recorded naturally, without pitch shifting or time stretching, to preserve the authentic tone and character of the original instrument.
This Lite edition includes six real sampled notes with one velocity layer and one round robin per note, making it easy to discover the sound before exploring the complete library.
The full version expands on this foundation with multiple velocity layers, real slow and fast legato transitions, real vibrato transitions, natural phrase endings and performance noises.
