Vintage "Hohner Organetta" Reed Organ from the 1950's It has an electric motor so has some noise, but its not actually that bad.

This is a really stylish keyboard, it came with a box and some instructions to help you get started playing with this beginner keyboard.

Every time I use something like this, my mind goes back to when I was a kid and used my Bontempi organ for my first experiments. It was based on the same mechanical principle, so it's always fun for me to hear this kind of sound and be able to use it :)
