GMW – ufo sounds
A bank of analog and digitally recorded synth sounds that are weird and full of texture, but very usable in modern production!
The story
Ufo sounds is a bank of different instruments and sounds recorded through a very colourful preamp using a mix of digital and analogue synths. When recording, sound designing and picking sounds I made sure to use sounds I would actually want to use, by doing this it cuts down on boring sounds that never get used. You can use this instrument for the epic sounds and other instruments for the boring ones If you run out of sounds, which you won’t because of the unlimited effects possibilities!
The Instrument lets you use 2 different sounds at once with the A and B buttons combined with all the effects you can get some really different sounds that add texture to productions that clean instruments just can’t do!
This Instrument was made and designed by James Naumenko who is currently a student at SAE Adelaide, Australia studying audio engineering. Outside of university he makes trap and hip-hop inspired beats using the type of instruments found in ufo sounds.
