The story
Another midnight sampling venture, featuring the sixth string on a nylon-strung Rodero guitar.
The limited range captured, stretched artificially, gives the impression of a smaller guitar.
I call it Brodero.
The instrument requires the full version of Kontakt 5.8.1.

Very usable nylon stringed guitar
As a guitar player, I am almost always disappointed with any kind of guitar virtual instrument - but I love the sound of this instrument. I did not experience any latency issues using a Push2. It's a keeper!

It is very easy to play. The sound is very clear and distinctive.
Pretty impressed
Im usually not a fan of these melodic guitar libraries but im pretty impressed with this one. I think strumming chords sounds surprisingly realistic even though it usually doesn't with libraries like this. The tone is pretty sweet as well with a goof amount of round robins for added realism. We definitely need some dynamic layers though, this would add alot to the realism to get softer and louder tones not just volume that could be programmed or played expressively. Also i dont know if you fingerpicked or used a pick for this but getting some round robins with the kind of fingerpick style that produced that slightly rubbed, scratched sound on the string would have added alot of realism to this too
Great for authentic-sounding guitar passages!
At first, lack of tails and a dry thin sound seemed like a shortcoming to me, but I quickly discovered that this simple instrument is very playable and versatile, it's really suited for playing as if you're playing an actual flamenco guitar, so decorations, fast passages - this guitar has it! It's also capable of being lyrical and gentle. I also wrote a demo called Zorro Goes East! It's quite dressed, but the Brodero is soloing most of the time.
