The story
This is my first sample library.
I study film scoring and I used to play saxophone in some orchestras during high school.
I always wanted to create a virtual instrument that could be easy to use and with a warm sound at the same time.
I sampled my old Karl Glaser tenor saxophone using a zoom Hn1 mic.
This instrument has velocity response and 3 round robins.
Using this virtual instrument is possible to play sustain chords creating a unique sound.

A great tenor sound
A really nicely sampled tenor sax, with every note individually sampled and 3 round robins. There's only one velocity layer, so the colour is a little limited. I think it would work really well in an orchestral or band setting, but doesn't have the punch / sass for solo lines in a pop/rock/jazz type context. Nevertheless it's a great sound for your library and an excellent first-pass at making a sample instrument!
I am always on the look for a sax
and I think I found another one I'm going to use! It isn't great, but it does sound very saxy :p
For a free saxophone (which trust me, I've looked for a lot) this is one of the best ones I found, keep it up! (As I just saw this is your first pack)A simple sax with short longs
This is a fairly simple sax patch that features relative short notes, but not staccato-like ones. The attack is slow and airy which is good for a medium-paced melody. The three round robins sound good, and they are not too identical to each other. Sometimes the sound is shorter or with a longer attack. It might be a little inconsistent for some strict plays, but it's definitely intended for some more a more free playstyle.
