The story
Insta Found Sounds – Vol 1 is a series of patches made from found sound sources including waterfalls, planes, cars and the wind. These patches work especially well with a heavy splosh of stereo delay and reverb. Patches are collated from instagram videos showing my process found at @jacobmaloneymusic.

Love me some airy pads
Really neat sounding pads. Especially for cinematic stuff, or adding some interesting touches to an ambient track, I really enjoyed these. Even though I expected to love the Air preset, that was my least favorite, and for some reason it seemed to be a very short loop that retriggered? But the Car preset is such a beautiful and delicate sound, exactly the kind of stuff I like to write on top of. I would compare Car to a huge ambient ethnic flute, and Plane to a section of low woodwinds. Waterfall does have some low end, but I prefer it left in to still have the powerful water sound. In fact, I think I'll use that in some crazy synth swell to have a cool elemental touch.
Nice pads
I find this instrument to be a nice approach to natural and city elements, turning them into something musical can be a poetical experience. The waterfall pad is very relaxing to me.
Four very nice airy patches
This bundle offers four different patches that share one common trait. They are all very airy ones, almost sounding like a wind instrument like a big recorder. I find the mid to high registers most enjoyable to use, though the Waterfall patch seems to have a very noisy character and the Wind one is definitely meant to be used lower. In DecentSampler the patches are speard alphabetically, and I think it would be better to be named in a way so they can be grouped up.
Four breathy pads
This library is a collection of four breathy pad sounds. The Waterfall pad has a lot of low end rumble on it, and I was left wishing for a highpass filter. Unfortunately, the filter in the GUI is lowpass. The plane pad is quite noisy, and has a phaser or flanger effect on it which is most evident when listening to the noise. Despite these minor complaints, this is a really solid library, and if you're looking or some different pads, this might be the just the thing for you!
Story Telling Pad
Nice story telling sounding pad. I can see this being used in slow tempo music, ballads, lullabies. Enjoy!
