I sampled the Yamaha Dx7 with its preset Clockwork, affecting the mod-wheel independently on each sample to create a fluctuating swarm pad. Works well with lots of vintage style reverb/space echo. Enjoy!

Nice swarm effect
The swarm effect is great, but is triggering at an uneven way in some samples, I think this is an issue with the velocity, therefore with the unicity of the samples. Anyway, this is still playable and very inspiring for film music.
Could be much more!
This is a nicely sampled pad that could really shine with the inclusion of a different options. Right now the "swarms" are not tempo synced, and they are also not synced by themselves. That means they have a fixed tempo on each sample, which is also slightly missmatched with each other, so you need to be really careful if you want to do a full chord. It would be just great if all the swarms existed in a separate way so the user can manipulate them for a better and more versatile workflow. As it is, it would be very nice if it matches the tempo you are working on.
Pad and pulses
This library has a gentle pad, and some FM rhythmic pulses. Unfortunately, the rhythmic pulses start a few seconds after the pad, so if you change notes, the rhythmic pulsing will go away for quite a while. you kind of have to keep some notes in common between chords. It might have been better to offer this as two separate sounds: a pad and then the pulses. The pulses all pulse at the same tempo, so the swarming effect never really comes across. You can kind of simulate it by starting notes at different times, but as you switch from the first chord to the next, the effect is ruined because the pulsing goes away. This library has the potential to be really great and really playable. It's just not there yet.
Personally im not so into this one. The Pad sounds like a meowing cat with some cool sound design applied to it. I dont have any kind of nostalgia attached to these old synths so many might really love sounds like this. I do think some sounds from old synths are beautiful but thats just coming from the sound itself, its not nostalgic for me. I could see this being useful in a rare scoring instance but apart from that i cant see myself using this. i was pretty excited when i saw swarm in the title since i love swarms but i was kinda disappointed with this. Swarms are usually playable and predictable even if the inner movements of the notes is unpredictable. This one i feel kind of just starts and stops more randomly so it doesn't feel very playable or practical. You could get some cool effects with it but overall i just dont find this very inspiring.
