The story
This is the Moon Shot Pad soaked in reverb and delays.
I first created a pad on my Korg Minilogue xd and ran the samples thru Strymon Big Sky and Volante, whilst turning the mechanics and wear knobs. This is my first pad complete with images and a couple of mapped knobs. Use of mod wheel begins to distort the higher frequencies. I know this isn’t a piano, but it’s somewhat of a pretty pad, and a moon shot for me.

The first of the Intimate Spaces!
This is the start of a great series that I am a big fan of. As all of the other instruments in the The Intimate Spaces collection, this patch features a very dark and bass heavy pad inspired by the emptiness of space. The pad is very wet, so it might be intimidating at first, but the ambience that it provides amazing and the quality is very nice. I recommend you check out all ofthe soaked patches, they are very worthy of your attention!
Space pads
First of all, these pads are very well made. The sounds are evocative and convey well how impressive outer space is.
As for the interface, I must say that it is one of the most elegant I have seen in Pianobook. The dimensions of the resource are appropriate to work comfortably. I like that the controls are centered and that they have white as the main color.
Eerie Drone Pads
I renamed this instrument Eerie Drone Pads in my folder because it has a creepy drone quality that would be perfect for anything slightly scary or mysterious. The notes have some kind of unison effect going on so theres kind of more than one pitch happening inside the note which adds to this effect. This would be perfect for building up tension in a scene. The sound also pulses in an interesting way. Not much going on with the GUI but theres nothing about this instrument i would really want to change. Great job
Interesting spacey pad sound
Metallic, reverb drenched pad does conjure an otherworldly sense of space or outer space. Simple but highly affective.
A pad that sounds like it came from the Moon...
The Moonshot pad is an interesting sound by itself, but I found it a lot harder to implement into a mix in comparison to David's other pad sounds. There's also a lot more sound buildup here. But still, good work!
