    Hi,
I’m using Decent Sampler in Reaper. I don’t know why but after some time playing with it it suddenly stops producing any sound. Does someone expereience something similar?

Hi, I’ve been having that issue with a fair few VST in Reaper since the latest update. It’s usually Labs/BBCSO/Glitch with me though – not had a problem with Decent… yet.

So i’d say it’s most likely the DAW as opposed to the sampler.

Try a new session, first loading an instrument known to work,
followed by DecentSampler on a second track. If the first one
still functions after Decent quits, you may have narrowed the
    field.

You can also install an older Reaper in a different location,
or create a reaper ‘portable install’, (all in one folder)
to further investigate, or use without the problem.
Did you have any recent background OS update
in the timeframe of the issue?

For what it’s worth, I left Reaper hosting DecentSampler running overnight, 12 hours later, still running fine. It was a single instance of the sampler.
