    If anyone would prefer the day 23 advent calendar instrument – Robs Andean Quena Flute – in Kontakt format (v6)

    Here is a link to the version I have produced.

    I’ve left it simple, with no effects added.

    Enjoy…

    And here is the SFZ if you want it:

    /*
    Title: Rob's Andean Quena Flute
    Instrument: Andean Quena Flute
    As it turns out, it's actually made from a stalk of sugar cane and originates
    from the Andes mountains in Peru – go figure!

    Thank you to Rob, for the idea and the samples.
    Thanks to Kurt Klingklang for the K6 version and Sid for the sfz.

    For the sfz, I replaced the control section with the following so that the initial volume is at 50%;

    <control>
    label_cc007=Master Volume
    label_cc010=Master Pan
    label_cc074=Brightness
    label_cc064=Sustain
    label_cc007=64
    set_cc007=64
    set_cc074=127
    set_cc010=64
