How to blend between velocity samples using external controller – Kontakt

Hey folks. I am new here and so far really enjoying this community!

Basically, I just want to be able to use my external controller to blend a sustained signal between different velocity samples. I created a sustained instrument where the loud samples have a much different timbre from the quiet, so I want to be able to modulate between the different velocity samples — as opposed to merely controlling the overall volume. How can I set this up in Kontakt? (I’m really hoping it won’t involve scripting or creating a separate group for each velocity, but do be honest with me.)

I’m sure there is a tutorial on this somewhere, but I haven’t found it yet.

Ok, that definitely would work. I wonder if this is the standard though. Because I have 5 Velocities and 2 Round Robins for each, I’d have to do this with 10 different groups. Seems excessive. If that is in fact the best way to do it though that’s how I’ll do it.
