    Hi everybody!
    After the apocalypse, I’m gonna have my upright piano transported into my music room and out of the living room – this way I can record much more easily, and it bothers everyone else less. I like the sound of an open piano (with the case in front of the strings taken off, as well as the keyboard lid) much more than that of a closed one, but I really don’t want any dust to accumulate on the inside of the piano on parts that don’t move as much as the hammers and action do. Is this a problem for any of you? If so, how did you solve it? Does anyone have any advice on this topic?

    To be honest with you, i’m no expert on this but what I would do is have a little hair dryer and every now and then, set it to mild then just have a little blow around as much as I could get to.
