I just signed up for a Pianobook account, but the email verification code to activate my account hasn’t arrived after multiple attempts, over a couple of days, to get it resent. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue and has any tips on how to resolve it?
Looking forward to checking out the instruments when I’m up and running, and thanks to all who have contributed to the library!
I would assume you can – as you are also able to make a post here.
Just try downloading a library, use FREE DOWNLOAD (there is no need for email confirmation). A link saying Download Now will appear, click on that and then shortly after that the page will refresh and show a download link in blue.
Then if that works, and if you still have any concerns over your account raise it with………..
Well, the truth is… we don’t know.
Perhaps mention it on Christian Henson’s media posts or Spitfire Audio site or twitter or wherever.
just in case … did you check the spam folder of your mail account?
