get Robs whistle (search for whistle on PB) even though it is in exs format
and download this file – I converted the exs to nki file using KConvert on K5.8.1;

Robs Whistle only has one wav in it, load the nki and locate the wav.
Do as you will with it and then if the results are worth it, upload it and share it on PB.
